AirHelp was created in 2013 by Henrik Zillmer, Nicolas Michaelsen, Greg Roodt and Morten Lund to help passengers throughout the world receive compensation for delayed or cancelled flights or in the event of overbooking.

Online portal founded by Philipp Kadelbach and Marek Janetzke to handle claims against airlines which, since 2010, has helped more than 400,000 passengers throughout Europe.
